Great customer service each time I visit this location in Aurora! Gentlemen are friendly and nice. They recommend certain things you need for your vehicle but never make you feel pressured to purchase. Great job experience!

The service, professionalism, and friendliness were exceptional. It reminded me of the service in Texas—excellent and highly recommended. They do a great job and are happy to answer any questions.

On June 18, 2026, I performed an oil change on my vehicle at Aurora Oil Lube. The next day, while driving, the vehicle lost power, stopped on the road and never started again. Later it was observed that the oil had completely spilled. According to the preliminary evaluation of the mechanic who currently has the vehicle, the most likely cause was that the cover or some component related to the oil service was not properly installed or adjusted, causing a progressive leak until leaving the engine without lubrication. As a result, my vehicle suffered serious damage and is currently out of service. In addition, I have had additional costs for tow truck and transportation. I request that you investigate this situation immediately and inform me what will be the solution that Aurora Oil Lube will offer to repair the damage caused. I have been a customer of your business for a long time and I have always recommended them to family and friends, so I hope that this situation will be attended to in a responsible and professional way. I am currently pregnant and depend on my vehicle for my medical appointments and the care of my family.

Great customer service. Associates are friendly and attentive. They recommended a good variety of oils for my car, based basically on my needs. He asked about my driving routines and from there some issues in need of attention. I felt in good hands here.
